About Me
My aim is to offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for you to discuss whatever issues are affecting you.
I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I abide by their codes of ethics, I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the University of Brighton.
I am also a member of the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA), and am an Accredited Practitioner with the Foundation for Infant Loss.
I have extensive experience in building relationships and providing support to people in a wide range of settings. My previous career was in a fast-paced business environment, so I am also aware of the potential stresses and anxieties that happen in the workplace.
I hold professional indemnity insurance, and a current DBS certificate.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative.
Where To Find Me
I am based in the Healing Rooms, 162 Gloucester Road, Bristol, BS7 8NT. It is situated above Bristol Buddhist Centre. Access is via the stairs on the left hand side of the building.
There are cycle racks in the courtyard and on the pavement in front of the Centre.
First Bus routes 73, 75/76 from the city centre stop nearby.
It is possible to park on side-streets near to the Centre. Gloucester Road has parking restrictions during weekdays from 7.00am to 6.30pm, please check the road signs to be sure.
